MIRAAHE is a hand-crafted brand, and each piece is made especially for you as per your colour choice. The estimated dispatch time for each product is between 7-16 days. (For Kota Doria Handloom sarees, shipping time is 45days).
Once ordered, you will receive an email confirming the details of the order, product(s) ordered, and delivery time.
We ship using trusted delivery partners like Delhivery, USPS, DHL, FedEx, Indian Post, DTDC, and Skynet.
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
- Our dispatch timelines are around 7-16 working days. Post dispatch, it takes 3-5 working days for your order to reach you, depending on your location.
- We do provide express delivery within 2 working days of order placement at an additional Rs 700 within India. Please drop an email at support@miraahe.com to check if the product is available for immediate dispatch, along with your pin code.
- Shipping is free PAN India for all prepaid orders.
- We offer CASH ON DELIVERY for orders up to Rs5000/-
- An email with tracking details is shared as soon as the product is dispatched. You can also track the same in your “Account” section on our website.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product or if the packaging is tampered with, you have the right to refuse the delivery. Please drop us an email at support@miraahe.com in that case. Please note, we don't entertain exchanges/returns/mis-matched products if the box received is tampered with or the packaging is opened at the time of delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Our dispatch timelines are around 7-18 working days. Post dispatch, it takes 4-15 working days for your order to reach you, depending on your location.
- You will receive an email with the tracking details once your order is shipped. You can also track the same in your “Account” section on our website.
- Any Import/customs duties, if applicable, are charged at the destination and will be borne by the customer. MIRAAHE will not be responsible for it.
PLEASE NOTE
- Dispatch for any customised order or during the SALE period can be delayed by 4-9 working days.
- If the customer is not available to accept the delivery, our courier partners make 3 attempts for the same. Failing to which the package is returned (for domestic orders), the customer can either opt for store credit in that case or can bear the shipping charges to reattempt the delivery.
- We strive to ship all orders promptly and efficiently. However, we are not liable for any compensation or reimbursements for delays caused by events such as riots, war, earthquakes, fire, flood, drought, acts of Government, strikes, national emergencies, deficient or delayed services by courier companies, or any other similar occurrences beyond the reasonable control of the affected party.
FAQ'S
1. Are there any shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all orders that are shipped in India. International orders will have to pay shipping charges of Rs 3000/- (depending on the weight)
2. When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 6-8 working days. For Kotadoria Handloom Sarees, the shipping time is 30 days.
3. How can I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order is placed, it will be assigned to one of our delivery service partners.
A WhatsApp message will be sent to your registered phone number with the name of the delivery partner and your tracking number once the order is dispatched.
You can track your shipment using the AWB number on the delivery partner’s website, 24 hours after your order has been shipped.
4. What should I do if I miss the delivery?
In case you have missed the order delivery, please write to us at support@miraahe.com or call or WhatsApp us on +91 9971720507 along with your order number, and we shall look into it. In case the package is returned to us after an attempted delivery, we will resend it.
5. Do you deliver all over India?
Yes, we do deliver all over India. If delivery service is not available through our partnered courier companies, we will ship your order through India Post.
