Miraahe – Return & Exchange Policy
At Miraahe, every piece is handcrafted with love and attention by skilled artisans. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, so here’s everything you need to know about returns and exchanges:
For Domestic Orders (Within India)

We offer exchanges on non-discounted items only.

To request an exchange, please email us at support@miraahe.com within 48hours of delivery.

Our team will get back to you within 24–48 working hours with further instructions.
- If approved, our courier partner will attempt to pick up the item from your address within 2–4 working days. Two attempts will be made.

If the pickup is missed both times, the request will be marked as complete.

If your location is not serviceable, we’ll ask you to ship the product to us. Shipping details will be shared via email.
Please ensure:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Items that don’t pass our quality check will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Once approved, you can either:

Exchange for another item, or
-
Receive store credit valid for 1 year.
The full process may take up to 7–9 working days.
For International Orders

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

However, if you wish to exchange your item, you may ship it back to us at your own cost within 3 weeks of delivery in its original condition.

Once we receive and approve the item, we’ll issue store credit for a future purchase.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

If the outer packaging looks tampered with, please refuse delivery and let us know immediately.

If you've received the wrong item, please email us with an unboxing video showing the issue. We’ll help resolve it right away.

We do not offer refunds or cancellations.

Customised items cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are tailored specially for you.

Items purchased during sales, including clearance, festive, or seasonal offers, are final sale — no returns, exchanges, or replacements.

As our products are handcrafted, slight differences in weave or color may occur. These are part of the charm of handmade garments and not considered defects.

Slight variation in fall fabric, colour may occur due to fabric type or dye process. This is not eligible for exchange.

Natural characteristics of certain fabrics (like slubs, weaving marks, or faint discoloration) are signs of authenticity and purity, not damage.
External Circumstances
While we aim to process all requests quickly, delays due to reasons beyond our control (such as courier issues, weather, or government regulations) may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

All orders placed through social platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook follow the same policies as those placed on our website.
